OK, tow "tweakers" broke their way into the public housing tower I live in last night. Went into the day rooms restroom and smoked a crack pipe.
I told them they were trespassing, but they said since they are homeless and this was "public housing" they can come in if they want! Uh huh
When the riots start the body count will be high!
